What traders say about Top One Futures
Trustpilot · 353 reviews analyzed
Trustpilot TrustScore
5,087 reviews
- · TrustScore 4.8 ('Excellent') on 5,087 reviews with no warning banner (7 October 2026); 94% of all reviews are five stars and only 83 one- or two-star reviews were posted in the past 12 months.
- · The 200 newest reviews were all written in 27 days (10 September to 7 October 2026), none is marked verified, 49% of the five-star ones are under 80 characters and almost all of them thank a named support agent, the pattern of reviews requested at the end of a support chat. A March 2026 reviewer says the chatbot asks every user for five stars.
- · The firm replies to about 89% of negative reviews, often weeks later (median reply delay about 17 days in the scrape).
- · The firm's terms ban disparaging statements on review platforms, and an August 2026 reviewer says they were banned after posting a one-star review (the firm cites a disputed charge), so negative reviews are likely under-represented.
- · Sister brand Top One Trader's Trustpilot score was suspended in September 2026 after Trustpilot removed fake reviews; Top One Futures' own profile carries no such notice.

Our read of the reviews
On the surface the Trustpilot profile is spotless: 4.8 on 5,087 reviews, 94% five stars, and 192 of the 200 newest reviews are five stars. Those 200 reviews were all posted between 10 September and 7 October 2026, none is verified, half the five-star ones are a line or two long and 95.9% of the positive ones praise a named chat agent. That is what reviews requested at the end of a support chat look like, so the star average says more about the help desk than about payouts: only 8 of the recent reviews mention receiving a payout.
The 153 one- and two-star reviews posted since April 2025 tell a different story. Two thirds dispute a breach or a closed account, 48.4% argue over a rule and 32.7% say a payout was denied or profits were stripped, most often for trades held under 10 seconds, trading above a scaling tier or inside the news window. Several describe being asked for a strategy video and a live interview before payment, and others say the move to live after three payouts wiped out their other funded accounts. Platform complaints cluster around the ProjectX shutdown (December 2025 to February 2026), and billing complaints around Elite Daily's renewing subscription and activation fees buyers missed.
Negative volume is steady rather than rising, between 1 and 15 a month with no spike that would signal a payout crisis, so we rate the trend stable. Read the profile as proof of good support, and read the rules before you trust it on payouts.
