Is a 1-step or 2-step challenge easier to pass?

Two-step programs usually have looser drawdown per phase, while one-step programs have one target but tighter loss limits. Pass rates published by firms tend to be similar or slightly lower for one-step. Pick based on whether you are better at hitting targets or at controlling drawdown.
