Tradeify is one of the cheapest ways into a futures funded account: a $100K evaluation lists at $255 to $265 as a one-time fee, the drawdown trails end-of-day balances, and the firm says it has paid out more than $350 million. It also publishes its own numbers, and they are sobering: 17.2% of evaluations passed and 28.5% of funded traders received a payout between August 2025 and July 2026. The weak spot in 2026 is enforcement, not pricing. A July ban wave and a September surge of KYC rejections left traders locked out of funded accounts and pending payouts, often with no reason given and an AI-first support desk in between.
Cheap, fast-paying futures evaluations, but 2026 compliance lockouts are the real risk
Our verdict
On paper Tradeify is among the best-value futures prop firms in October 2026. A Select 50K costs $165 once, has no daily loss limit in the evaluation, and turns into a funded account with no consistency rule, a 90% split and payouts every five winning days. The drawdown trails end-of-day balances and locks just above the start once you are in profit. Tradeify even publishes its own funnel: 17.2% of evaluations passed, 40.3% of traders passed at least one, and 28.5% of funded traders were paid.
The problem in 2026 is what happens after you pass. A July ban wave over alleged hedging rings was followed in September by a wave of KYC rejections that the firm declared final, usually without saying why, leaving funded accounts closed and pending payouts withheld. The agreement and the new Risk & Compliance guidelines give Tradeify wide room to do this: payouts can be suspended and forfeited during a review, detection signals stay secret, and the hedging ban now reaches positions at other prop firms. Support, much of it AI-driven, is the most common complaint.
If you trade alone, from your own devices, pay in your own name, keep one account per household and hold trades for more than a few seconds, Tradeify's pricing and payout speed are hard to beat. Complete KYC early, keep records of your setup and avoid any account with offsetting positions. If you copy trades across firms, share a household with another trader or rely on very short scalps, the rules and the review process are stacked against you.
Best for
Solo intraday futures traders who want cheap one-time evaluations, EOD drawdown and fast payouts, and who can pass KYC cleanly
Avoid if
You hold overnight, scalp in seconds, copy trades across prop firms or cannot afford to have a funded account frozen for weeks in review
Pros
- Cheap one-time fees: 50K evaluations at $145 (Growth) or $165 (Select), with no activation fee or subscription
- End-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at the start balance plus $100 once funded
- 90% profit split on sim funded accounts and payouts every 5 winning days, or daily on Select Daily
- Select funded accounts have no consistency rule and no daily loss limit on the Flex path
- Firm-published statistics: 17.2% of evaluations passed and 28.5% of funded traders paid (Aug 2025-Jul 2026)
- Wide platform choice at one price: Tradovate, NinjaTrader, TradingView, Rithmic, Tradesea, Quantower and WealthCharts
- No news restrictions and up to five funded accounts ($750K) per trader
Cons
- 2026 enforcement waves: July bans for suspicious activity and a September surge of final KYC rejections that closed funded accounts
- Payouts can be suspended and forfeited during a compliance review, despite the homepage's 0% denial claim
- Per-payout caps, e.g. $1,500 on a first Growth 50K payout and $2,000 per Lightning 50K payout
- Funded payouts require over 50% of trades and profit from holds longer than 10 seconds
- Hedging ban extends to positions at other prop firms, monitored through NinjaTrader data
- No overnight or weekend holding; flat by 4:45 PM ET
- 68% of recent negative reviews complain about AI-only support during reviews

Who is Tradeify for?
Fit by trading style
Beginners
OK with caveatsA $99 Growth 25K with no consistency rule in the evaluation is a cheap way to learn, but the intraday-enforced trailing drawdown is unforgiving and only 28.5% of funded traders ever get paid.
Experienced traders
Good fitUp to five 150K accounts ($750K), a 90% split and Select funded accounts with no consistency rule suit consistent intraday traders who keep clean records.
Swing traders
Poor fitEvery position must be flat by 4:45 PM ET and nothing can be held overnight or over the weekend.
Scalpers
OK with caveatsScalping is allowed, but funded payouts need most trades and profit from holds over 10 seconds and $5.76 E-mini commissions add up.
EA & algo traders
OK with caveatsBots are allowed only if you own them exclusively, they are not HFT, you do not run them at other firms and you can prove it on video.
News traders
Good fitThere are no news windows on any account; only slippage and the real-time drawdown limit stand in the way.
About Tradeify
Founded 2024 · Boca Raton, United States
Tradeify Holdings, Corp. is a futures prop firm based at 1700 S. Dixie Highway in Boca Raton, Florida. It was co-founded by CEO Brett Simberkoff, known online as Brett Simba and previously the founder of a trading community, and COO Vinan Mistry. The pair told Finance Magnates in July 2026 that they first planned a CFD prop firm, switched to futures because most of their audience was in the US, and launched Tradeify in 2024 after several false starts. PropFirmMatch lists June 2024 as the start date.
Growth has been fast. The firm says it has more than 100,000 active traders, seven times the number a year earlier, and more than $350 million paid out, up from the $120 million it cited in January 2026. Marketing leans on sport: darts champion Luke Littler, UFC fighter Israel Adesanya, cricketer Travis Head and the FlyQuest esports organization, plus free trading tournaments with seven-figure prize pools. In April 2026 Tradeify 3.0 dropped monthly subscriptions for one-time fees, added Rithmic and Tradesea and introduced reward pools for live traders. Separate brands, Tradeify FX and the crypto-focused Tradeify247, run under a different company, Tradeify Ventures LTD, and are not covered here.
In May 2026 the group launched Slay Markets, a retail futures brokerage run by Tradeify Brokerage LLC, a CFTC-registered introducing broker and NFA member (ID 0575972) cleared through NinjaTrader. The founders describe the prop business as a funnel toward live trading: only 3.0% of funded traders were moved to a live account in the year to July 2026. Tradeify itself is not a regulated entity, its evaluation and funded accounts are simulated, and card payments are processed through a Cyprus payment agent, Novaflame LTD.
Trader tip
Do KYC as soon as Tradeify allows it, from the same device and network you trade on, and keep screenshots of your platform setup in case a compliance review asks how you trade. Choose Select if you dislike consistency rules: the 40% rule only applies in the evaluation, and once funded the Flex path has no daily loss limit. Withdraw as soon as you qualify, because profit above the payout cap stays exposed to the drawdown.

Tradeify FAQ
Questions traders ask
Is Tradeify legit?
Tradeify is a real US company, Tradeify Holdings, Corp. in Boca Raton, run by named founders since 2024, with a CFTC-registered brokerage affiliate and more than $350 million in claimed payouts. Its funded accounts are simulated and the prop business itself is not regulated. In 2026 many traders report accounts closed after KYC or compliance reviews, so treat it as legitimate but strict.
Does Tradeify actually pay out?
Yes. Recent reviews describe payouts arriving within hours to two days, and the firm reports that 28.5% of funded traders received at least one payout between August 2025 and July 2026. The exceptions are traders caught in compliance or KYC reviews, whose pending payouts can be withheld or forfeited.
How long do Tradeify payouts take?
Tradeify approves requests within 24 to 48 hours, or up to 72 hours outside US business hours, and pays through Rise. ACH transfers then take one to three business days and crypto usually a few hours. The agreement lets the firm take until the end of the next payout cycle when it reviews a request.
What is the Tradeify pass rate?
Tradeify publishes it: 17.2% of Growth, Advanced and Select evaluations started between August 2025 and July 2026 were passed. Because traders bought a median of three evaluations, 40.3% of individual traders passed at least one, and only 3.0% of funded traders were moved to a live account.
What are Tradeify's hidden rules?
The rules most traders miss are the 10-second rule on funded payouts, the consistency rules on Growth (35%) and Lightning (20-30%) payouts, per-payout caps, a drawdown enforced on open profit and loss, and a hedging ban that also covers positions at other prop firms. On top of that, compliance reviews can happen at any stage and end in a final decision without a stated reason.
Can you trade news with Tradeify?
Yes. Tradeify has no news restrictions on evaluation, funded or live accounts. Slippage around releases still counts, and the drawdown limit is enforced in real time, so a spike through your floor fails the account.
Are EAs and bots allowed at Tradeify?
Only under conditions. You must be the sole owner of the bot or strategy, it cannot be a high-frequency system, you may not run it at other prop firms, and Tradeify can ask for a live video of you starting it on your own computer. Copying trades is allowed only between your own accounts in the same direction.
Does Tradeify accept US traders?
Yes. Tradeify is a Florida company and much of its customer base is in the US. It does not accept residents of 65 listed countries, including Turkey, Pakistan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Israel and Ukraine.
Is there a Tradeify discount code?
Tradeify runs its own site-wide codes that change most months, usually for 30% to 40% off. The current code is shown in the banner on tradeify.co and applied in the price table. There is no standing code without an end date.
Who owns Tradeify?
Tradeify Holdings, Corp. was co-founded by CEO Brett Simberkoff, known as Brett Simba, and COO Vinan Mistry. The same group owns Tradeify Brokerage LLC, which trades as Slay Markets, while the forex and crypto brands Tradeify FX and Tradeify247 sit under a separate company, Tradeify Ventures LTD.
What happens if I breach a Tradeify account?
Hitting the trailing drawdown at any moment ends the account, and fees are not refunded. Evaluations can be reset for $60 to $299 depending on plan and size, while Lightning Funded accounts cannot be reset and must be bought again. A daily loss limit hit on Growth or Lightning only stops trading for the rest of the day.
Tradeify Select vs Growth: which is easier?
Growth is easier to pass, with no consistency rule and a one-day minimum, but its funded account has a 35% consistency rule and lower payout caps. Select needs at least three days because of its 40% evaluation consistency rule, then has no consistency once funded and a choice of daily or 5-day payouts. Most consistent traders will prefer Select.
Why do Tradeify accounts get banned?
Tradeify says most bans involve hedging across accounts or firms, account sharing, multiple profiles per household, third-party payments or failed identity checks. Reviewers in 2026 report bans without a stated reason, often right after KYC or a payout request, and the firm reserves the right not to disclose what triggered a review.
