Top One Futures is the 18-month-old futures arm of the Top One Trader group, and it sells the cheapest way into a futures evaluation we have seen: a $39 Elite ACCESS challenge at any size, plus daily payouts on Elite Daily. PropFirmMatch's tracker shows it really does pay, about 8,700 payouts worth $12.5 million in the past year at a median of roughly 10 hours. The catch is in the funded rules: small per-request caps, non-withdrawable buffers, consistency limits, a forced move to a live account after three payouts and terms that forbid criticising the firm.
Cheap to start and quick to pay small amounts, but the funded rules decide how much you keep
Our verdict
Top One Futures has built the lowest-cost entry in futures prop trading. A $39 Elite ACCESS evaluation with $35 resets, no daily loss limit and a one-day minimum, or an Elite Daily evaluation that pays daily once funded, is a genuinely good deal, and PropFirmMatch's tracker confirms the firm pays thousands of traders a month, usually the same day.
The money is made back in the funded stage. Elite ACCESS adds a $139-$359 activation fee, a $1,500-$4,500 buffer you can never withdraw, five qualifying profitable days and a 40% consistency cap before each $1,000-$2,500 payout. Every plan forbids trades shorter than 10 seconds, overnight holds and bots, and after three payouts a risk manager can move you to a live account that starts at zero, pays 80% and closes your other accounts. The reviews that hurt most describe payouts held for strategy videos and interviews, a step the help center never mentions.
We would use it as a cheap place to prove a strategy and collect modest, frequent payouts, sizing expectations to the per-request caps rather than to account size. Keep every trade over 10 seconds, track your scaling tier daily, stay out of the news window on Elite accounts and keep records of everything. Traders who need large withdrawals, automation or overnight holds should look elsewhere.
Best for
Discretionary intraday futures traders who want a very cheap evaluation and frequent small payouts, and who will follow a long rulebook to the letter.
Avoid if
You scalp in seconds, run bots, hold overnight, need large single withdrawals, or want a firm with a long track record and an unsolicited review profile.
Pros
- Elite ACCESS evaluation costs $39 at every size, with $35 resets and no daily loss limit while you qualify.
- Elite Daily funded accounts pay daily from the first funded day, with no activation fee and no funded consistency rule.
- 90% profit split on every sim funded account.
- End-of-day trailing drawdown on almost every plan, locking at the starting balance + $100.
- PropFirmMatch tracks 8,689 payouts worth $12.5 million in the past year with a median wait of about 10 hours and no reported delays.
- 24/7 live chat and a detailed help center with a separate article for nearly every rule.
Cons
- Per-request payout caps are small: $1,000 on a $50K Elite Daily, $500 on a $25K Ignite.
- Elite ACCESS needs a $139-$359 activation fee after the $39 evaluation, 5 qualifying profitable days per payout and a 40% consistency rule.
- After 3 payouts you can be moved to a live account that starts at $0, pays 80% and closes your other accounts.
- Terms ban negative statements about the firm on review sites, with profit forfeiture as the penalty.
- Only about 18 months old, with a sister brand whose Trustpilot score was suspended for fake reviews in September 2026.
- No EAs, no overnight holds and a 10-second minimum trade time.

Top One Futures pass rate
How hard is it to pass?
Challenge pass rate
10%
~10% (our estimate, evaluations)
Bar = this firm · line = average of the 34 firms we grade (14%)
Top One Futures publishes no pass rate and we found no third-party figure with a stated method. Its evaluations ask for 6% (8% on X-Ultra) against a 3-4% end-of-day trailing drawdown, a tighter target-to-drawdown ratio than FTMO-style programs for which firms have disclosed roughly 10% pass rates; cheap $35 resets and no daily loss limit on Elite ACCESS help persistent traders, so we estimate about 10% per evaluation. Instant Sim Funded and Ignite have no evaluation, and no first-payout rate is published.

Who is Top One Futures for?
Fit by trading style
Beginners
OK with caveatsThe $39 Elite ACCESS evaluation with $35 resets is a cheap way to learn, but the layered funded payout rules take study.
Experienced traders
OK with caveatsDaily payouts and 90% splits suit them, yet small per-request caps and a forced live move after 3 payouts limit what a good trader can take out.
Swing traders
Poor fitEvery position is force-closed at 4:10 PM ET and nothing can be held overnight or over the weekend.
Scalpers
OK with caveatsIntraday trading fits the model, but anything closed within 10 seconds is a violation and repeated cases cost the profits.
EA & algo traders
Poor fitBots, EAs, scripts and automated execution are banned on every account.
News traders
OK with caveatsNews is open on evaluations, Instant, Ignite and X-Ultra, but Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS funded accounts block 2 minutes either side of major releases.
About Top One Futures
Founded 2025 · Cheyenne, Wyoming, United States
Top One Futures, LLC is registered at a Cheyenne, Wyoming filing address and began selling futures accounts in April 2025, a month after its Trustpilot profile was opened. Its chief executive is Matt Morris, who also runs the CFD brand Top One Trader, and the site's 'CFDs' menu links straight to that sister firm. The domain was registered in February 2024. The firm does not publish an about page, ownership structure or audited figures.
The firm started on ProjectX, the platform owned by Topstep's parent. When ProjectX told outside prop firms in November 2025 that it would end their access on 28 February 2026, Top One moved traders to Tradovate and NinjaTrader, later adding BlackArrow and WealthCharts. Several one-star reviews from December 2025 to February 2026 describe trades erased, accounts set to liquidation-only and chargebacks during that migration. A 'Top One 2.0' relaunch on 27 July 2026 brought the $39 Elite ACCESS price and a new dashboard, and cut Instant Sim Funded payout caps by $500 per request.
Scale is real but smaller than the marketing suggests. The site claims more than $29 million paid, 28,000 customers and 228,000 accounts sold; PropFirmMatch, which reads payouts from the firm's own payout provider, counts $12.46 million across 8,689 payouts in the last 365 days, with payout volume down about 29% year on year and most of the money going to traders in Europe. Everything traded is simulated until a trader is moved to the live program, where real capital is used at an 80% split.
Trader tip
Before you buy, decide which payout rules you can live with: Elite Daily has no funded consistency rule but a $1,000 cap per request on $50K, while Elite ACCESS is cheaper to start but adds an activation fee, a buffer and a 40% cap. Once funded, hold every trade past 10 seconds and screenshot your scaling tier and payout checklist before each request, since denials are argued from the trade log.

Top One Futures FAQ
Questions traders ask
Is Top One Futures legit?
It is a real Wyoming-registered firm that has paid thousands of traders: PropFirmMatch tracks 8,689 payouts worth $12.46 million in the past year. It is only 18 months old, its review profile looks heavily solicited and its terms bar criticism of the firm, so treat it as a working but young firm with strict funded rules.
Does Top One Futures actually pay out?
Yes. Routine payouts arrive in about 10 hours on PropFirmMatch's tracker. About a third of its 1-2 star Trustpilot reviews, though, describe denied payouts or removed profits, mostly over 10-second trades, scaling tiers or news-window trades.
How long do Top One Futures payouts take?
The firm claims under 12 hours on average and PropFirmMatch's median is about 10 hours, paid through Rise by bank transfer or crypto. Requests pulled into a compliance review, which can include a strategy video and a video interview, have taken 10 days or more.
What is the Top One Futures pass rate?
The firm does not publish one. With 6% targets against a 3-4% end-of-day trailing drawdown, we estimate roughly 10% per evaluation; cheap $35 Elite ACCESS resets mean persistent traders pass more often over several attempts.
What are Top One Futures' hidden rules?
The ones that cost traders money are the 10-second minimum hold, contract-scaling tiers on funded accounts, the two-minute news window on Elite funded accounts, consistency caps of 15-40%, the 50% new-profit rule, non-withdrawable buffers and the forced move to live after three payouts. Reviewers also report payout interviews the help center does not mention.
Can you trade news with Top One Futures?
Yes on evaluations, Instant Sim Funded, Ignite and X-Ultra. Elite Daily and Elite ACCESS funded accounts may not open, close or modify orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact releases, and profits from violating trades can be removed.
Are EAs allowed at Top One Futures?
No. Bots, EAs, scripts and automated execution are banned on every account; trades must be placed manually or semi-manually. The built-in trade copier is allowed only between your own accounts of the same program and size.
Does Top One Futures accept US traders?
Yes, it is a US firm and the largest group of its reviewers is American. About 75 countries are blocked, including Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, Pakistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam and much of Africa.
Is there a Top One Futures discount code?
The firm runs rotating sale codes on its own site, such as WC for up to 60% off Ignite and Elite Daily and BOGO for a free second Elite ACCESS evaluation. Codes do not apply to reset fees, and the Elite ACCESS activation fee is charged separately after you pass.
Who owns Top One Futures?
Top One Futures, LLC is run by CEO Matt Morris, who also leads the CFD firm Top One Trader. The company lists a Cheyenne, Wyoming filing address and does not publish its ownership structure.
What happens if I breach a Top One Futures account?
Evaluations and Elite funded accounts can be reset within 14 days of the breach ($35 to $1,349 depending on plan and size). Instant Sim Funded and Ignite accounts cannot be reset, and any buffer left in a breached account is lost.
Top One Futures Elite Daily vs Elite ACCESS: which is better?
Elite Daily costs $178-$549 a month, has a 40% consistency rule only in the evaluation and then pays daily with no activation fee. Elite ACCESS costs $39 to start with no daily loss limit, but adds a $139-$359 activation fee, five profitable days and a 40% consistency cap before each payout.
What happens after three payouts at Top One Futures?
A risk manager reviews you and can move you to a live account, which you cannot decline. Your other sim accounts are closed, the live account starts at a $0 balance with a $1,000-$4,000 drawdown, pays 80% and requires about $140 a month per exchange for market data.
