Payout track record
Routine payouts are MFFU's strongest point: the firm says more than 75% of requests are approved automatically, and in our 200-review Trustpilot sample from late September and early October 2026, 13 reviews describe a payout received and none a payout problem. The problems sit at the larger requests.
Of 250 recent 1-2 star reviews (January to October 2026), 12% describe a denied payout and about 35% a rule dispute, typically a risk-team video verification or review after a big day that ends in a coordinated-trading, multiple-profile or identity finding, the funded account closed and the profile banned, without the trades or evidence shown. Others lost a payout-ready account to the 7-day inactivity rule added in August 2026, or were moved to live and dropped days later on the partner FCM's policies. Delays are rare (about 3% of negative reviews), and we found no wave of unpaid approved payouts.
