Account breached over a rule technicality
Roughly half of the negative reviews we read describe a funded or challenge account breached over a technical rule, most often the 2% risk-per-trade-idea rule's 10-minute re-entry aggregation, or a device/VPS-sharing flag applied to what the trader says was a single personal setup.
Most praised · 17% of positive reviews
Fast, helpful support
Named support agents are credited by trader after trader for fast, patient help with KYC, rule questions and account recovery; this is the single most common theme across the positive sample.
Complaint themes · 33 negative reviews
- Account breached over a rule technicality (stop-loss, 2% risk rule, device/VPS flag)50%
The dominant complaint: a funded or near-funded account closed over the 2% per-trade-idea rule, a missed or late stop loss, or a device/VPS-sharing flag the trader disputes.
- Distrust, 'scam' accusations and solicited-review complaints24%
Reviewers call the firm a scam after a breach, and several specifically allege Hola Prime or an introducing 'coach' asks traders to post a 5-star review before they have real experience to judge it by.
- Payout denied, delayed or underpaid15%
A smaller group reports a payout reduced, delayed (one case citing roughly 33 days) or denied after a disputed breach.
- Platform or execution issues21%
Slippage, mid-day spread spikes, and futures-platform lag (DX Futures, contract/lot limits) show up across several reviews, including one citing a month of unresolved technical issues.
- Country access revoked after purchase9%
A handful of reviewers, including from India and Pakistan, report being told Hola Prime doesn't operate in their country only after a challenge fee had already been accepted.

Our read of the reviews
Hola Prime's Trustpilot profile shows 3,854 reviews at a 4.5 'Excellent' TrustScore, with 84% five-star and 9% one-star in the full distribution — a wider gap between the top and bottom than most of the firms we've reviewed, which usually cluster more reviews into the middle. In our 200-review recent sample (92.5% positive, 7% negative), support is the clear strength: named agents are credited by trader after trader for fast, patient help with KYC, rule questions and account recovery, and 'trustworthy, transparent rules' is the second-most common praise theme.
The negative sample tells a consistent, narrower story than the star distribution suggests: roughly half of the 33 negative reviews we read describe an account breached over a rule technicality — most often the 2% risk-per-trade-idea rule's 10-minute re-entry aggregation, or a device/VPS-sharing flag applied to what the trader says was a single personal setup. A second cluster accuses the firm of soliciting 5-star reviews before a trader has completed a full funded-and-paid-out cycle, including one reviewer who says they were told to review the company before they had any real experience to judge it by. A smaller but pointed group reports access or payouts being cut off by country (India, Pakistan) after a challenge fee had already been accepted.
Taken together, the pattern looks less like systemic non-payment and more like a firm whose enforcement of its own rules — particularly the 2% trade-idea rule and device-sharing detection — runs ahead of how clearly it explains or appeals those calls to traders. Review volume and the negative cluster are both heavily weighted toward the most recent weeks of our sample window, which is the basis for calling the trend declining rather than stable.
