Payout track record
Hola Prime markets a 'Zero Payout Denial Policy' and 1-hour payouts, and the claim holds up in most of the reviews we read: traders report payouts landing in minutes to a few hours, including one reviewer who logged six payouts in three months with every request approved inside 15 minutes. Our 200-review sample backs this up numerically — 23 positive payout mentions against 1 negative — and Hola Prime replies to 99% of its negative Trustpilot reviews within about a week, often with a support-ticket number attached.
Set against that is a real, recurring pattern: several 2025-2026 reviews describe a payout or funded account being pulled right at the finish line over a technical rule breach, such as a stop loss placed fractions of a percent outside the 2% limit, a device-sharing flag, or a country restriction applied after the fee was already paid. One October 2025 review alleges 'dozens' of bogus-reason payout denials within a single month, a claim we could not independently verify.
