Trustpilot TrustScore
1,768 reviews
Trustpilot hides this firm's TrustScore, which it does after finding fake reviews or other guideline breaches. Based on our analysis of its visible reviews, the score would be about 4.1.
- · Trustpilot hides the TrustScore: it says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it removed a number of fake reviews.
- · The 4.1 shown here is our star-weighted average of the displayed distribution, not an official TrustScore.
- · 605 reviews in the last 12 months; the profile was merged with another For Traders profile.
- · None of the 200 most recent reviews carries Trustpilot's Verified label, and 76% of the recent 4-5 star reviews name a support agent.
- · The company replies publicly to many negative reviews, usually disputing details and asking the reviewer to email support.

Fast live-chat support
Most positive reviews thank a named chat agent for quick answers on rules, KYC or logins; a few also credit support for reinstating accounts closed for inactivity.

The 40% margin rule, consistency caps, the 2% floating-loss protection, the 5-second hold and inactivity limits, which traders say they met only when an account was flagged.

Veriff rejections with only two attempts, accounts closed for 'KYC fraud' after approval, and interview-style calls before payouts.

Our read of the reviews
We pulled the 200 most recent Trustpilot reviews (June 12 to September 30, 2026) and the 202 most recent one- and two-star reviews, going back to September 2025. The recent sample is 79% positive and 18.5% negative, and the monthly numbers improved: the negative share fell from about 24-26% in June and July to 13-15% in August and September, and one- and two-star volume dropped from 33 in October 2025 to 7-8 a month by late summer 2026.
The praise is narrow. 84% of four- and five-star reviews are about live-chat support, three in four name an individual agent (Juan, Pavel, Tony or Noel), 36% of five-star reviews are under 80 characters and none of the 200 carries Trustpilot's Verified label. Only 11 of 158 positive reviews say the writer actually received a payout. Together with Trustpilot's own notice that it removed fake reviews and hid the rating, the star average tells you more about the support desk than about payouts.
The complaints are specific and repetitive. 38% of the negative sample describe an account closed or a reward refused at the payout stage, citing copy trading, bots, shared IPs, identity mismatches, the old 40% margin rule, sub-5-second trades or a contract clause allowing termination without cause. About a quarter say a rule (consistency, the 2% floating-loss protection, inactivity) was unclear or only enforced when they asked for money, and a similar share involve KYC rejections or verification-call interviews.
Method: we collected the 200 most recent Trustpilot reviews plus the most recent 202 1–2★ reviews, classified every review by theme and read the samples by hand. Shares are of the stated sample. How we analyze reviews
