Until mid-2026 Alpha Futures advertised same-day payouts and reviews broadly backed that up. On 12 July 2026, after NinjaTrader ended the partnership, the firm closed its Premium plan, refunded active accounts and said pending Premium payouts beyond those already paid would not be honored; it reversed that on 15 July, paid a first batch of 10% and promised the rest in batches.
From mid-August Trustpilot filled with traders whose 'approved for pay' requests sat for weeks and were then flagged and denied for tick scalping, hedging, group trading or shared devices. On 15 September 2026 the firm said standard payouts take five business days or less after approval and that the Premium queue would be cleared through October, but reviews in early October still describe Premium payouts and refunds outstanding since July. 6% a delayed one.
