Our read of the reviews
The latest 200 Trustpilot reviews, all from September 28 to October 7, 2026, are 75% positive and 23% negative, against a lifetime profile of 83% five stars. That ratio says more about review volume than satisfaction: Tradeify collects around 20 reviews a day and 58% of its 5-star reviews are a line or two long. The happy reviews are about fast payouts, an easy dashboard and quick support answers.
The negative side has changed sharply. Of the 250 newest one- and two-star reviews, 182 were posted in September 2026 alone. The dominant story is a trader who passes an evaluation or requests a payout, is asked for KYC, sits in review for days or weeks and is then told the verification failed and the decision is final, with funded accounts closed and pending profits gone. Jev's classification puts support complaints at 68%, KYC at 45%, rule disputes at 30% and denied payouts at 20%. Tradeify replies to most of these reviews within a day, but its replies usually cite a compliance or KYC outcome rather than a specific trade or rule.
Traders who pass KYC describe a firm that pays quickly. The risk is not the trading rules but whether your account survives a compliance review, and in autumn 2026 that risk is much higher than the 4.4 TrustScore suggests.
