Trustpilot · 405 reviews analyzed
Trustpilot TrustScore
3,494 reviews
Trustpilot hides this firm's TrustScore, which it does after finding fake reviews or other guideline breaches. Based on our analysis of its visible reviews, the score would be about 4.5.
- · Rating suspended: on 1 October 2026 Trustpilot shows no TrustScore ('rating unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines') and says it removed a number of fake reviews for this company; the banner was already visible by 19 September 2026.
- · The 4.5 shown is our average of the live star split (4.53). The last TrustScore Trustpilot published was 4.5 on 3,003 reviews (Wayback snapshot, 12 March 2026); the profile now lists 3,494 reviews, 1,341 of them in the past 12 months.
- · In the 200 newest reviews (30 June to 1 October 2026) only 6% are verified, 43% of five-star reviews are under 80 characters and a third name a support agent.
- · The firm replies to some negative reviews; several reviewers quote and dispute its responses.
- · The firm's terms bar customers from posting negative reviews on Trustpilot and similar sites, so the review base is likely skewed positive.
- · Sister brand Top One Futures has a separate profile rated 4.8 on 5,038 reviews with no warning (1 October 2026).

Strict funded-stage rules
Nearly a third of one- and two-star reviews blame rules that bite after funding: the 5-minute hold that strips profit from quick winners, ESS and consistency scores that keep pushing payouts back, copy-trading flags on traders' own accounts, lot caps and the EA ban once funded.
Most praised · 40% of positive reviews
Fast, friendly support
About 40% of four- and five-star reviews praise quick live-chat help, usually naming an agent; many are short and posted right after a chat, so they say more about support than about payouts.

Our read of the reviews
We analysed the 200 most recent Trustpilot reviews (30 June to 1 October 2026) and the 205 most recent one- and two-star reviews, which go back to May 2025. On the surface the sample is positive: 82% four or five stars and 15.5% one or two. The positive side is thin, though. Only 6% of reviews are verified, 43% of five-star reviews are shorter than 80 characters, a third thank a named support agent and 36 reviews arrived on 30 June and 1 July alone. Trustpilot has since suspended the firm's rating and removed fake reviews, and the firm's terms prohibit negative reviews, so real satisfaction is likely lower than the stars suggest.
The complaints are consistent and specific. About 31% of negative reviews blame funded-stage rules, led by the five-minute minimum hold, ESS and consistency scores and copy-trading flags; a quarter dispute breaches or automatic trade closures; and roughly one in five describe payouts refused or cut. Execution problems (spread spikes and slippage on gold and crypto) and payment problems (duplicate card charges, missing account details) follow. The NOVA rollout added a cluster of complaints in July and August 2026 from traders who had not expected an activation fee after a free or $7 challenge.
The trend is negative. Monthly volume fell from 100 reviews in July to 27 in September while the one- and two-star share rose from 10% to about 26% and the average rating slipped from 4.44 to 3.93. Traders who do get paid say it is fast, which matches the firm's pitch; the risk is concentrated in how strictly the rules are enforced at payout time.
