Our read of the reviews
The 200 newest Trustpilot reviews (September 15 to October 7, 2026) look far better than the profile as a whole: 74% are 4-5 stars and 21.5% are 1-2 stars, against 65% one-star across all 3,742 reviews. Read them and the gap narrows. 76% of the 5-star reviews are a few words long, almost all come from India, and the jump follows a September 23 Telegram post asking traders who like the firm to leave a review. Negative volume has dropped from roughly 300 a month earlier in the year to about 60-80 a month now, which is why we mark the trend as improving, with that caveat.
The 250 newest negative reviews (July 10 to October 7) are detailed and consistent. Half describe an account failed for a daily-loss, HFT, toxic-trading or per-pair risk breach the trader disputes; 40% complain about support that sends templated replies or none; 36% report platform faults such as lagging charts and stuck orders; 33% describe rule disputes; and 20% say a payout was denied or profits cancelled. Several name the 2-minute rule as something they learned about at payout time, and a handful say the firm offered a fresh account if they removed their review.
The positive side is real but thin. About 11% of 4-5 star reviews mention a payout received, often within an hour, and repeat payouts show the pipeline works for at least some traders, mostly with small amounts. Very few praise support. The picture is a firm that pays small, clean accounts and fights larger or borderline ones.
