Payout track record
For the standard case Lucid's payouts are among the fastest in futures: reviewers report approvals in minutes and Plaid transfers the same day, 103 of 192 recent 4-5 star reviews describe a payout received, and PropFirmMatch's tracker logs about 461,000 payouts. That track record is only 18 months long.
From mid-August 2026 the 1-2 star reviews turned into a wave of bans at the moment of payout: accounts paused for repeat KYC, then closed for alleged cross-user coordinated trading or hedging, and a batch sweep around Sep 17, 2026 that closed accounts over chargebacks traders say never happened. 8% an account closed, and Lucid replied to none of them. Pending payouts of $1,000-$13,000 were lost in cases reported on Trustpilot, Reddit and PropFirmMatch.
