Most reported issue · 36% of complaints
Latency arbitrage account terminations
More than a third of negative reviews describe a funded or payout-eligible account closed for 'latency arbitrage' — a T&C-defined but vaguely-worded prohibited strategy — typically right after the trader passed an evaluation or requested a payout, with profits forfeited and little supporting evidence shared.
Most praised · 13% of positive reviews
Trading conditions and raw spreads
The most common praise theme in positive reviews is tight, genuine spreads and a smooth evaluation-to-funded process, with traders specifically calling out the raw-spread feed and an easy checkout.

Our read of the reviews
FXIFY's Trustpilot profile looks strong at a glance: a 4.3 TrustScore across 6,346 reviews, an 'Excellent' banner, and a 78.5% positive share in our 200-review recent sample. FXIFY pays for a Trustpilot subscription and invites every customer to review, and it shows — invited reviews hold steady at 4.4-4.8 across 2026, while organic, unprompted reviews tell a different story: their monthly average fell from 4.51 in November 2025 to 1.68 in July 2026, recovering only partway to 2.70 by September. The headline score is real, but it is propped up by solicitation; 53% of 5-star reviews in our recent sample are under 80 characters long, a pattern typical of prompted, low-effort reviews.
The negative sample tells a consistent story. Rule interpretation (35.6% of negative reviews) and account terminations (23.8%) are dominated by one recurring accusation: 'latency arbitrage,' a prohibited strategy defined in FXIFY's own terms only as trading on 'an external or slow data feed.' Reviewers describe the notice landing within days of passing an evaluation or requesting a payout, with no trade-level evidence shared and profits forfeited. Payout complaints (20.7%) and delays (15.3%) add a second, overlapping theme, usually tied to the mandatory Rise payout processor.
Support is genuinely polarized rather than uniformly bad: it is the top positive theme behind trading conditions (9.6% of positive mentions praise fast, friendly live chat) and simultaneously the second-largest negative theme (35.2%), because the same support team that handles routine tickets quickly cannot or will not explain a compliance decision. The 12-month trend is declining overall, with a trough from June through August 2026 and only a partial recovery in September.
