What traders say about FunderPro
Trustpilot · 450 reviews analyzed
Trustpilot TrustScore
1,561 reviews
Trustpilot hides this firm's TrustScore, which it does after finding fake reviews or other guideline breaches. Based on our analysis of its visible reviews, the score would be about 2.8.
- · Trustpilot withholds the TrustScore: the profile says the rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and that it has removed a number of fake reviews (consumer alert type: fabricated reviews).
- · The 3.4 shown is our simple average of the 1,561-review star split; Trustpilot's page data still carries a withheld TrustScore of 2.8, which weights recent reviews more heavily.
- · A consumer warning first appeared in January 2026; FunderPro's 19 January blog post blamed coordinated one-star attacks and third-party five-star spam. The warning later escalated to the rating being withdrawn.
- · Responds to 52% of reviews (64% of the recent negatives) in about 8.5 days on average, mostly with templated replies that defend the review outcome.
- · In the 200 newest reviews only 2.5% are verified; 25 five-star reviews cluster between 17 and 26 June 2026, the same window as a burst of five-star reviews on Myfxbook.

Most reported issue · 72% of complaints
Payouts refused after a rule or compliance review
Most negative reviews come from funded traders who requested a reward and were told they broke a rule, most often shared IP or device access, the 20% margin cap or lot-size consistency. They say no specific evidence was shared and appeals were closed with the same templated answer.
Most praised · 42% of positive reviews
Responsive support
Positive reviews most often credit the support team and live chat for quick, helpful answers, often naming individual agents or the free live trading sessions.
Complaint themes · 250 negative reviews
- Account closed or failed88%
Nearly every negative review involves an account that was failed, closed or banned, usually a funded account at or after the first payout request.
- Rule disputes72%
Traders contest the rule cited: IP or device sharing, margin over 20%, inconsistent lot sizes, arbitrage-like execution patterns, and a few daily-drawdown calculations.
- Payout denied64%
Rewards from a few thousand dollars up to $18,000 reported as refused, often after the account had already received earlier payouts.
- Support and appeals41%
Complaints about tickets marked resolved without answers, AI-sounding replies and threats under the behaviour policy when traders keep appealing.
- Pricing and promotions16%
Promo codes accepted at checkout and then voided, fees lost on accounts closed for inactivity, and paid add-ons.
- KYC and residence14%
Funded accounts refused or rewards cancelled over country-of-residence or document mismatches.
- Payout delays5%
A smaller group, mostly early 2026, reported reward requests left pending for weeks before being paid or refused.

Our read of the reviews
FunderPro's Trustpilot profile reads like two different firms. Across 1,561 reviews, 54% are five-star, mostly posted before April 2026, when daily rewards on Pro accounts earned it a loyal following. The 200 newest reviews (31 March to 6 October 2026) are 74% one or two stars, and the monthly average sits between 1.0 and 1.8 stars in every month except June. Some of the negative volume comes from repeat posters (one reviewer wrote 12 of the 200), but even counting each author once, two thirds of recent reviewers gave one star.
The complaints are consistent. In 250 recent negative reviews, 87.6% involve a closed or failed account, 71.6% dispute a rule decision and 63.6% describe a payout refused. The reason named most often is shared IP or device access, followed by the funded-only 20% margin cap and lot-size consistency. FunderPro replies to about two thirds of these reviews, but its replies restate that reviews are thorough and not based on profit, and in only two cases did a reply give a reason that moves the complaint out of rule-dispute territory.
The positive side is thinner and harder to trust. June 2026 brought 25 five-star reviews in ten days, many short and from many countries, while Myfxbook received a similar burst in the same weeks; 29% of recent five-star reviews are under 80 characters. Genuine praise exists, mainly for support and fast payments, but Trustpilot's decision to hide the rating and the steady flow of payout denials since February 2026 point to a firm whose post-pass experience has deteriorated.
