Our read of the reviews
Funded Futures Family's Trustpilot profile is one of the busiest in futures prop trading: the 200 newest reviews cover just two weeks, and 78% of them are four or five stars. Look closer and the positives are narrow. Almost all praise support agents by name for fixing a login or KYC problem, few mention a payout, and only 0.5% carry Trustpilot's verified label.
The negatives are specific and consistent. Of 250 recent one- and two-star reviews, 74% describe an account closed or breached by the firm and 46% a rule dispute, most often a device-fingerprint or account-sharing finding raised at payout time, a KYC rejection that closed the profile, or the Professional Stage move that ended the trader's simulated accounts after one or two payouts. About a quarter describe a denied payout. FFF answers nearly every complaint, but its replies usually restate the rule and argue with the reviewer; only about one in ten replies named a non-trading reason that changes how we count the complaint.
The direction is worse, not better. The one-star share in the recent sample doubled from September to early October 2026, around the Sept 9 Premier+ changes and a cut-price S2F sale that several reviewers mention, and roughly 50 negative reviews a month have arrived since July.
Method: we collected the 200 most recent Trustpilot reviews plus the most recent 250 1–2★ reviews, classified every review by theme and read the samples by hand. Shares are of the stated sample. How we analyze reviews
