Trustpilot TrustScore
1,739 reviews
Trustpilot hides this firm's TrustScore, which it does after finding fake reviews or other guideline breaches. Based on our analysis of its visible reviews, the score would be about 3.4.
- · TrustScore hidden by Trustpilot for a guideline breach after it removed a batch of fake reviews from the profile; the score above is our own star-weighted average of the visible all-time distribution, not an official Trustpilot figure.
- · Replies to about 23% of negative reviews, typically within a week, per Trustpilot's transparency page.
- · In the last 12 months Trustpilot logged 603 reviews flagged 874 times (96% of them 1-star); it ruled 54% of flags invalid, removed 260 reviews and left 343 online.

Account breaches and terminations
The largest theme by far: traders report funded or evaluation accounts closed, often right after reaching a profit target or requesting a payout, citing broad findings like "toxic trading" rather than a specific numeric rule breach.

Tight spreads, fast execution and low slippage, especially on gold/XAUUSD, are the most repeated compliment in the positive sample.

Funded or evaluation accounts closed, often right after reaching a profit target or requesting a payout, citing broad findings like "toxic trading" rather than a specific rule and trade.

Traders say the specific rule they broke was never clearly disclosed before purchase, or that Blueberry's reading of a documented rule (hedging between accounts, EA use, risk per trade idea) differs from their own.
- Customer support38%
Front-line chat is usually praised, but the risk and compliance team that handles disputes is repeatedly described as slow, vague or unresponsive once an account is under review.

Reports of TradeLocker outages, server lag, stop-loss or take-profit orders failing to trigger, and slippage, sometimes linked to the account breach that followed.

Our read of the reviews
We read Trustpilot's 200-review recent all-star sample (Jun-Oct 2026), a 237-review negative-only sample (Sep 2024-Sep 2026) and a 51-review mixed (3-star) sample. The recent sample skews positive on the surface (78.5%), but verified reviews are only 8% of it and almost half of the 5-star reviews are short, generic one-liners, consistent with the giveaways and Discord competitions several reviewers mention winning accounts through, and with Trustpilot's own decision to hide the TrustScore after removing fake reviews.
The negative sample tells a much more consistent story than the star counts alone suggest. Account breaches and terminations appear in 57% of the negative reviews we analyzed, and rule-interpretation disputes in 52.7%, heavily clustered from March through September 2026 and concentrated right around a payout request. The language is strikingly repetitive across unrelated reviewers: "toxic trading", "bad faith", clause 12.2, a risk-team finding with no specific trade cited. A distinct wave of reviews dated mid-March 2026 describes payouts stopping across the firm for roughly two weeks after that month's rules change.
The picture isn't one-sided. Payout mentions in the recent sample skew positive (31 versus 18), several traders report five or more consecutive clean payouts, and named support agents are thanked by dozens of different reviewers for fast replies, the second-most common praise theme after trading conditions. Read together, the samples describe a firm that does pay a meaningful number of traders while running an unusually aggressive, discretionary compliance process the moment an account becomes consistently profitable.
