Our read of the reviews
TradeDay's Trustpilot profile is healthy on the numbers: 4.6 stars from 1,443 reviews, 85% five-star, and only 21 one- and two-star reviews in 2026 to October 5. In the 200 most recent reviews 87.5% are positive and 10.5% negative, with monthly negative shares moving between 0% and 22% without a clear direction. The positive side leans on payouts and support: about a quarter of 4-5 star reviews describe a payout and a quarter praise named staff. Some of that volume is solicited, since TradeDay pays 20 shop points per review and nearly half of recent 5-star reviews are one-liners.
The 108 negative reviews since 2022 are mostly about losing an account rather than losing money already earned. Our classification puts account closures in 66% of them, support in 44% and rule disputes in 41%, while payout denials sit at 11% and late payouts at zero. TradeDay replies to 95% of them and usually names a reason: card fraud flags, multiple usernames, restricted countries, failed KYC, or a breached drawdown, close or news rule. Those replies are specific but often blunt, and a few from 2024 openly tie funding decisions to how a trader behaved toward support or on Trustpilot.
Recurring themes worth knowing before you buy are the intraday funded drawdown for EOD buyers, the subscription rules that end an evaluation on cancellation, and the funded-stage limits added with TradeDay 2.0. The trend is stable rather than improving.
