Multi-day waits, a chatbot gatekeeper and canned answers, especially on PRO+ setup, failed renewals and account blocks.

Funded accounts closed for counter positions caused by copiers or misclicks, inactivity, travel to restricted countries, chargebacks, or discretionary risk reviews.
- Rule disputes40%
The intraday drawdown in PRO, the news blackout, the buffer and the Sustainable Trading Policy feel like rules that were not clear before purchase.
- Billing, renewals and refunds29%
Renewals charged right after a reset, the $75 refund fee, risk-adjusted reset prices from May 2026 and missing activation credits.

A dashboard that updates once a day, Rithmic order and lag issues, and weeks-long waits for PRO+ or PRO+ Development accounts.
- Payouts denied or reduced14%
Withdrawals declined during a PRO-to-PRO+ move, profit frozen in the $5,000 hold, or profits forfeited after a rule finding.

Our read of the reviews
The newest 200 Trustpilot reviews (September 18 to October 7, 2026) are 90.5% positive and 8% negative, and only 36.5% are verified. Praise is dominated by support agents named in the review and by payouts: 41 recent reviews confirm a withdrawal and only one reports a payout problem. About 37.5% of the 5-star reviews are very short, and roughly a third came through Trustpilot's automatic invitations, so the score leans on invited, low-detail praise.
The 250 newest one- and two-star reviews (May to October 2026) tell a different story. 60.8% complain about support, usually a chatbot that is hard to get past and tickets that sit for days. 54.0% describe a closed or banned account and 40.4% a rule dispute: counter-position closures caused by copiers or misclicks, the intraday drawdown in PRO, the news blackout, chargeback bans and, since June 2026, accounts moved into PRO+ Development or closed under the Sustainable Trading Policy. Outright payout denials are rarer at 13.6%, and most of those cluster around the PRO-to-PRO+ transition.
Negative volume peaked in June and July 2026, when PRO+ Development launched and activation queues grew, at 76 and 68 negative reviews a month, then fell to 35 in August and 23 in September. The firm replied to 68% of the negative sample, typically within five days, and only six replies moved a complaint out of the rule-dispute group by naming a non-trading reason such as a chargeback or a restricted country.
