Our read of the reviews
CTI's recent Trustpilot sample (200 reviews, late 2025 to late 2026) runs 82% positive and 15.5% negative, built on a 4.2 TrustScore across 1,627 reviews and a 96.8% reply rate to negative reviews. Monthly sentiment dipped hard from February to April 2026, when average ratings fell from the low 4s toward 3.3 and the negative share rose as high as 30%, before recovering through the summer; the most recent two months sit back in CTI's normal band.
The negative sample skews toward disputes rather than simple non-payment: 'rule interpretation and hidden rules' is the single largest theme, ahead of customer support and pricing complaints, and a recurring story line has a trader passing an evaluation or earning a payout, then being accused of one-sided betting, gambling behaviour, device/VPN violations or unauthorized copy trading, with the account cancelled or the reward reduced. Positive reviews, by contrast, focus on execution quality and fast support during routine use, and a meaningful share of 5-star reviews are short, generic one-liners posted close together, a pattern consistent with solicited reviews rather than organic volume alone.
Payout mentions in the recent sample run about 2.4 to 1 positive, and multiple long-tenured traders describe genuine multi-year relationships with repeat payouts. The clearest risk is not that CTI fails to pay, but that its discretionary rule-enforcement apparatus activates disproportionately around the moment a trader requests a reward.
