Trustpilot TrustScore
572 reviews
Trustpilot hides this firm's TrustScore, which it does after finding fake reviews or other guideline breaches. Based on our analysis of its visible reviews, the score would be about 4.1.
- · No TrustScore is displayed: Trustpilot shows the rating as unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines and says it removed a number of fake reviews. The 4.1 here is our simple average of the displayed star split (4.05), not a Trustpilot score.
- · The flag appeared between March 10, 2026 (archived profile: 4.3 from 527 reviews) and May 4, 2026 (FXEmpire already reports no rating); in June 2025 the profile showed 4.6 from 416 reviews.
- · 211 of the 572 reviews were posted in the last 12 months; verified (invited) reviews fell from about 80% of monthly volume in Nov 2025-Mar 2026 to one or two a month from May 2026.
- · BrightFunded replies to most recent negative reviews, at times publicly accusing reviewers of coordinated group abuse; several reviewers say they were offered reinstatement or a new account for deleting reviews.
- · Listed under the category Educational Institution, with a Dubai (IFZA Business Park) address.

Our read of the reviews
We analyzed 200 Trustpilot reviews posted between October 28, 2025 and October 1, 2026, nearly all of the 211 the profile shows for the last 12 months, plus 117 one- and two-star reviews dating back to November 2023. The sample splits 58% positive, 3% mixed and 39% negative, but the timeline matters more than the average: from November 2025 to March 2026 only 5-24% of each month's reviews were negative and about 80% were verified invitations, while from April 2026 onward 50-100% were negative and verified reviews almost vanished. That shift lines up with Trustpilot suppressing the rating for a guidelines breach and removing fake reviews, and 43% of five-star reviews are under 80 characters, so part of the earlier glow looks solicited.
The dominant complaint, in about 31% of negative reviews, is a funded account terminated or banned by the Risk team, often right after a payout or a recorded interview, for excessive risk, overexposure or coordinated group hedging, with traders saying evidence was refused. Next come slippage and spreads on gold and crypto (21%), poor communication (19%, including claims that reinstatement was offered for deleting reviews), profits removed for hedging or copy trading (15%) and KYC rejections or contract delays, mostly from free $1K accounts in August and September 2026 (12%).
The praise is real but narrow: fast payouts lead (about 29% of positive reviews, often same day), followed by responsive named support agents and the absence of a consistency rule. Tellingly, many angry reviewers concede they were paid; the dispute is about losing the account afterward, not about missing money.
