Alpha Capital Group payout track record
Payout score 5.0/10
Alpha Capital has paid traders at scale since 2022: it told Finance Magnates it paid about $60M in 2024 and $120M in total by December 2025, which Finance Magnates calculated implies only about $20M in 2025. Positive reviews regularly describe payouts landing two to four business days after a request, often after a short video 'risk interview'. The weak point is the payout review itself: in June 2024 the firm banned about 150 traders over a device-ID match and later admitted some bans were wrong, and since August 2026 Trustpilot has filled with traders, many with earlier paid payouts, whose accounts were terminated at review over device or IP links to other users, sometimes from months earlier. In our sample of 202 recent 1-2 star reviews (20 July to 30 September 2026), about 58% describe a denied payout or a terminated account and about 30% cite device or IP links. In July 2026 sister firm Alpha Futures also closed its Premium Plan and did not honor pending payouts beyond those already paid.
Why it scored 5.0: Many traders are paid within 2-4 business days, but a 2026 wave of payout-stage terminations over device and IP links, the 2024 mass ban and a drop from about $60M (2024) to about $20M (2025) in annual payouts on the firm's own figures put it in the recurring-denial band.

Alpha Capital Group payout FAQ
Questions traders ask
Does Alpha Capital Group actually pay out?
Yes, many traders report payouts via Rise, Wise or bank transfer, and the firm claims more than $100M paid in total. However, its own figures imply annual payouts fell from about $60M in 2024 to about $20M in 2025, and in August and September 2026 a large share of negative reviews describe payouts denied and accounts terminated at review over device or IP links.
How long do Alpha Capital payouts take?
The firm promises payment within 2 business days of an eligible request, not counting the request day or weekends, so a Friday request typically lands on Tuesday. Reviews generally report 2-4 business days; first payouts can take longer because of a risk interview and extra checks, which the terms allow to stretch to 14 business days.
Before buying, read the Alpha Capital Group rules that most often block payouts.
